Joining my Commitment Group is the perfect place for you!

I have an ongoing Commitment Group where we come together and help inspire each other to stay committed to our health & fitness journey! I myself have needed a space like this, especially after the last couple of years. I'm so excited to be surrounded by a group of women looking to come together and be the best we can be...from the inside out!

Each month I have a new "theme" for my group & September is called "Strong For Fall" as we approach the beautiful season before the holidays! It's the perfect way to get into a routine so we can head into the holiday season focused + committed!

Everyone in the group can choose their own workout program or single workouts they want to do. You do not have to follow a specific program as we all have our own path that works best for us! I can always help suggest a workout program for you! I myself will be following a program but I also workout at the gym. Being a fitness instructor, I workout with my classes. So if you are also a gym lover, these programs can travel with you to the gym or you can do hybrid gym/home workouts. Some days we just can't make it into the gym but then you have something ready to go at home. You can have the best of BOTH!

What do you need to join this group?! There's an online fitness platform I use that has tons of programs for all levels of fitness. You can try it FREE for 14 days! You can then choose a 3, 6, or 12 month membership!
